Loyalty customers were already asking for

Haydn began using Worthify shortly after opening Haydn’s in Toronto.

Customers were already asking whether the shop offered loyalty rewards, but the business didn’t yet have a program. The demand was there. Haydn needed to find a solution that fit naturally into the experience he was building.

After looking at different options, he chose Worthify for its simplicity, its ability to feel like part of the Haydn’s brand and the fact that customers wouldn’t need to download another app.

A simple pass customers could install

Customers join through a straightforward branded experience and can install the Haydn’s pass directly on their phones.

That low-friction experience has helped the program grow to 1,237 members. Of those customers, 924 installed the pass—a 75% installation rate.

The pass gives customers one place to follow their points, access rewards and maintain their connection with Haydn’s without managing a separate account inside another app.

Turning early visits into returning customers

The program has become part of how Haydn’s recognizes the customers who continue supporting the shop.

Of the 1,237 customers enrolled, 739 completed a first recorded visit and 451 returned for two or more visits. Customers average 3.2 visits each, with an average return time of 22 days.

Those results reflect customer activity recorded through the program. They show how Haydn’s has incorporated loyalty into the business from an early stage—not simply as a promotion, but as part of the everyday customer experience.

Customer information Haydn can actually use

Beyond rewards, Haydn values the visibility the program provides into his customer base.

Restaurant businesses can serve hundreds of people without gaining a clear picture of who returns, how frequently they visit or how different customer groups contribute to the business. Worthify gives Haydn a practical view of that activity.

“It’s hard to get useful customer data in the restaurant space, but Worthify has done a good job sharing some useful insights. It’s something I’ll check quite frequently.”

Through Customer Insights, Haydn can see visit frequency, return timing, customer value and which relationships may need attention. The information helps turn program activity into something he can understand and use as the business grows.

Built into the business from the beginning

Haydn’s adopted Worthify because customers wanted loyalty and Haydn wanted a solution that was simple, branded and easy to join.

What began as an answer to an early customer request has grown into a direct connection with more than 1,200 customers—and a source of customer insight Haydn checks regularly.
